Tendering Manager
Jakarta Raya - Lebak Bulus - TB Simatupang, Jakarta Selatan
Responsibilities:
Decide the priorities of tender estimates.
Inspect tender report Prepare bid proposal.
Ensuring administrative, legal and financial affairs of a contract are properly reviewed.
Advise and guide the estimators.
Handling contract matters and contractual documents Ensure all bid is submitted on time Attend post Tender clarification meetings Follow-up technical and administrative clarification up to contract signing.
Ensure good administrative of Compile all quotation files.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor degree from Electrical or Industrial
Good computer knowledge Attention to details Minimum 10 years experience as tender manager in EPC Company for Power Sector Able to work in under presure and tight deadline Sufficient Knowledge of Elelctrical international Standards Sufficient knowledge in estimation norms.
Overall Concept on estimation process
