On Friday, August 24, 2012, at a court in San Jose, United States, Apple won a patent dispute against rivals, Samsung Electronics. Samsung had to pay more than USD 1 billion or IDR 9.5 billion to Apple for violating patents. These patents have been violated according to the data from CNET:
Patent Number 381 This patent is related to the action in the user interface, the shift (drag) documents and multi-touch capabilities such as pinch-to-zoom and twist-to-rotate. Other terms include the effect of "bounce page" that appears when the user to scroll a page up to the base.
